Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the European Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to provide any reason.
Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
Communication: Within 14 days of receiving the product, send a written communication of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by email to info@leeloodecor.com
Product Return: Ship the product, in perfect condition and in the original packaging, within 14 days of the communication of the withdrawal, to the address provided in our contact. The shipping costs for the return are at your expense.
Refund: Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will refund the amount paid, excluding the original shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are personalized or made to measure according to your specifications.
